Endoscopy RN – Registered Nurse

Mercy One North Iowa Medical Center is seeking an Endoscopy RN to join our compassionate care team in Mason City, IA.

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care before, during, and after endoscopic procedures
• Assess patient needs—physical, emotional, and educational—and develop care plans accordingly
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective outcomes
• Educate patients and families to support recovery and understanding
• Communicate clearly with team members across departments
• Support team staffing needs across units when needed
• Engage in continuous learning and adapt to healthcare innovations

Full Time, 36 hours per week, Days, Flexible Schedule

• Current RN licensure in the state of Iowa
• Must be able to respond and report to work within 30 minutes when scheduled on call
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet department needs
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to work with minimal supervision
