• Clinic located at the Mason City Clinic, multi-specialty clinic attached to Mercy One North Iowa Medical Center, a 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital
• Primary Service Area: ~260,000 people
• Level III Trauma Center with helicopter service

• Salary: $135,000/year (0-5 years); $142,000/year (5+ years)
• Full benefits package, including paid malpractice, CME, relocation reimbursement, PTO, health, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA, disability, generous employer retirement contribution, etc.

• Board Certified as an ARNP or PA; must obtain an Iowa medical license, DEA, and CSA as well as Mercy One North Iowa medical staff privileges
