Mercy One North Iowa Endocrinology, Weight Loss, & Diabetes – Outpatient only opportunity. Join a team of 2 physicians and 5 ARNPs. Very busy instant practice with minimal call (phone only).

Mercy One North Iowa Medical Center is the clinical site, located in Mason City, IA.

• Diabetes management, Type I & II diabetes, pump and sensor therapy, diabetes education, medical nutrition therapy, pump starts, full spectrum endocrinology, and weight loss.
• Outpatient clinical duties with teaching opportunities for Internal Medicine and Family Medicine Residents, ARNP/PA students, and medical students.

• Base salary: $286,989/year
• Bonus package: $100,000
• Up to $15,000 moving allowance
• Benefits start on day 1 of employment
• Annual CME: $6,000

Mercy One North Iowa Medical Center Endocrinology clinic – 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital; part of a regional health system serving 14 counties with multiple facilities.

• BC/BE must be board certified within 3 years of becoming eligible
• H1B & J1 waiver candidates encouraged to apply
• Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license;
  Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate

Graduate of an approved medical/osteopathic medical school; demonstrated competency through an appropriate residency program; ability to obtain medical staff privileges at Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa; above-average communication and teamwork skills.
