Full-Scope Surgical Practice Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Surgeon to join a premier, high-volume surgical team in Mason City, Iowa-a dynamic and technologically advanced practice with teaching opportunities for residents and medical students. Practice Overview:3 physicians and 2 APPs on the team

Full scope surgical practice (laparoscopic, open, robotic surgeries; endoscopy; rounding; clinic and ED consults)1 day/week outreach clinic

Dedicated block OR time with DaVinci XI robotic platform

OR/ASC schedule: 3 operational days, 2 clinic days

ASC buy-in opportunity

Call schedule: 1:4

EMR: EPIC Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary $462,000 with a 2-year income guarantee (production-based starting Year
3)$100,000 recruitment/sign-on incentive

Relocation allowance up to $15,000

CME allowance: $5,000/year

PTO: 30 days per year
