• Minimum of an M.D. or D.O. degree from an approved medical school
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited family medicine residency
• Board-eligible or board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine
• 1–3 years of experience preferred but not required
• Experience in graduate medical education preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with a broad range of people

• $100,000 bonus package
• Guaranteed salary of $267,407/year, free from RVU/productivity pressures
