# Shift Leader - MASON CITY- 2nd Shift Available Mason City West Campus - Mason City, IA 50401
Education Level High School Diploma or GEDAs the
** Shift Leader**, you will be responsible to coordinate the activities of your assigned shift while providing direct care services to clientele. This position provides operational leadership to assure behavior management, documentation and logging is complete and accurate. Specific duties include:
