This is a full-time, on-site role for a Seasonal Keyholder located in Mashpee, MA. The Seasonal Keyholder will support retail operations by assisting with daily sales activities, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities include opening and closing the store, maintaining product displays, and assisting with inventory management. They will also ensure adherence to company policies and foster a welcoming environment for customers and team members.

• Retail Sales and Product Knowledge to effectively assist customers in selecting products.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to provide a positive shopping experience and build lasting relationships.
• Ability to prioritize and enhance the Customer Experience through attention to detail and consistent support.
• Proven ability to work in a team environment while following operational protocols.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with prior retail experience being a plus.
