Reporting to the General Management, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and optimizing production activities to ensure that objectives are met in terms of quality, productivity, costs, and deadlines.

• Developing and deploying production plans based on forecasts and capacity.
• Maximizing operational efficiency (labor, equipment, raw materials).
• Supervise and motivate production teams and middle managers.
• Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify and implement improvement initiatives.
• Participate in strategic decisions related to growth and process optimization.
• Maintain an active presence on the shop floor and foster a positive work environment.
