Welcome to Knox Pizza, LLC doing business as Domino's! Operating stores in Chattanooga, Knoxville, Roanoke and points in-between. Since the start of 2019, we have grown our number of locations significantly. We are a people first company; our team drives our ability to create memorable customer experiences. We are looking for future managers to help lead a growing business.

You were born to be the boss. You will be responsible for ensuring the team on your shift does what is needed, alongside supporting your boss. This is an opportunity to advance into store leadership with Domino’s as an Assistant Manager, overseeing a million-dollar business. The role requires judgment, leadership, math skills, and the ability to multitask.

• Oversee all aspects of your shift, including People, Operations, Sales, and Profits.
• Ensure safety, training, and a positive culture for your team; lead by example.
• Follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and set the same standard for your crew.
• Assist at other locations near your chosen store if needed.
• Communicate and coordinate with the team to deliver strong customer experiences.

• Great positive attitude
• High energy
• Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience managing people
• 18+ years of age
• Good driving record
• Ability to use Outlook / Email services
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good background check
• Eligible to work in the USA
• Must reside near store location
