Job Summary

Prepares food in accordance with federal, state and corporate standards, guidelines regulations. Ensures quality food service is provided at all times.

• Prepares high‑quality food items according to standardized recipes.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature and presentation.
• Uses established ticket collection procedures and maintains records.
• Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean; ensures proper storage of food and supplies.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting.
• Orders and receives food and supplies as needed.
• Reports maintenance issues, faulty equipment or accidents immediately.
• Attends in‑service and safety meetings.
• Maintains relationships with coworkers, customers and supervisors.
• Performs other duties as assigned while ensuring a safe environment.
• Follows HACCP standards for presentation, portion control and temperature maintenance.
• Abides by all company policies and procedures.

• Prior cooking experience required.
• Availability for evenings and weekends.
• Strong food safety knowledge.
