PIM Team Member 3rd Shift

11:00 pm - 8:00am Sunday - Thursday

This position involves multiple functions in Manufacturing, Assembly, and Logistics, including movement and tracking of serialized products.

• Perform operations to ensure quality products meet customer demand.
• Operate machines, assemble, trim, inspect, pack, weld, test, and print as required.
• Handle unloading, receiving, inventory movement, picking, packing, and shipping.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• WMS/Warehouse or Manufacturing experience preferred.

• Attention to detail and basic computer skills.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Ability to count, maintain inventory, and work independently or with a team.
• Self-motivated, follow SOPs, and maintain regular attendance.

• Follow safety protocols and use PPE.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Handle materials safely across departments.
• Perform serial number audits and other assigned tasks.
• Accurately complete paperwork and provide feedback to management.
• Ensure compliance with customer and business requirements.
• Utilize technology such as RF units and computer systems.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and adhere to Lean principles.
• Assemble firearm components using small tools and machines.
• Perform quality checks and monitor calibration.
• Follow standardized assembly processes and dispose of non-conforming parts properly.
• Conduct repairs, deliver components, and operate production machinery.
• Support warehousing and shipping activities, including labeling and loading.
• Perform visual inspections and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Manual dexterity, ability to lift 50 lbs., and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Standing for entire shift and overtime as needed.

Exposure to manufacturing noise, chemicals, dust, and machinery hazards. PPE such as safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety footwear are required.
