Security Flex Officer – Full Time – Maryville, MO

Wage:$17.04/HR

Join our team at Securitas Security where you will have the opportunity to serve your community while receiving elite training in safety and security.

Flexible schedule required for days, evenings, overnights and weekends. Flex Officers will be scheduled to cover any open posts, vacation requests, call offs, and additional coverage requests. Officer will be trained in main security entrance to process visitors/employees/contractors, monitor alarms, issue badges, perform bag checks, and perform walking vision tours of the facility. Will also be trained on the truck gate to process trucks and update client tracking information as needed.

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
• Standard computer / technology skills needed.
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.
• Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
