Join Laclede Chain as an F&W PM Tech
—the first step toward a full technician role. You'll learn to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain F&W equipment while contributing to our mission of building stronger, safer products. Ideal candidates are hands‑on, mechanically inclined, and motivated to grow in a manufacturing environment.

• Start, stop, and jog F&W equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform minor mechanical repairs (e.g., air cylinders, valves, feed rods, bolts)
• Work with pneumatic and lubrication systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose machine malfunctions

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• 1+ year of mechanical, manufacturing, or technical experience
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, compressed air systems, and hand and power tools
• Strong problem‑solving and teamwork skills
• Dependable, safety‑minded, and adaptable

• Ability to stand, bend, reach, climb, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable working in a non‑climate‑controlled, loud production environment with required PPE
