• Day Shift
• Pay: $19.66 - $31.46 / hour

• May be required to work in other areas according to skill of staff and acuity of patients. Provides exceptional service to all patients and customers. This position works under the direction of the RN and/or Provider. Administers quality patient care according to established standards.
• This position works under the supervision of the Director, and is employed by Mosaic Life Care.

• Completes daily reassessments for assigned patients and documents findings.
• Updates and implements the plan of care.
• Reinforces patient teaching and family education.
• Administers medications and monitors patients’ responses to medications.
• Collaborates effectively with all members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Other duties as assigned

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program is required.
• LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - State Licensure in State of Missouri or Kansas, depending upon designated work location within 90 days.
  
  Clinical CLS - Basic Life Support within 90 days.
• 1 year of Hospital setting.
