Mosaic Life Care is seeking a seasoned Mental Health Therapist to work in Maryville, under the supervision of the Practice Manager, providing assessment, counseling, and referral services.

• The Mental Health Therapist works under the supervision of the Practice Manager to provide clinical assessment, referral and/or counseling for mental health problems.

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, counseling, and follow‑up to clients; maintain and interpret documentation of clinical work and statistically relevant data to meet quality assurance standards.
• Offer assessment, counseling, and/or referral services to patients at Mosaic Outpatient Behavioral Health or Mosaic Counseling Care.
• Attend relevant meetings to provide consultation and gain needed information.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Master's Degree in Counseling or Master's Degree in Social Work.
• LCSW – Licensed Clinical Social Worker or LPC – Licensed Professional Counselor required; C.E.A.P./A.A.M.F.T. certification preferred.
• 3 years of clinical experience preferred.
