Financial Analyst, Financial Reporting
The Sr. Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting several aspects of treasury operations: oversees cash reporting and activity, foreign and domestic banking administration, and credit card administration for ESCO and its subsidiaries. Additional responsibilities will include ensuring timely vendor payments and administrative support for AP systems and processes. Role will support the Treasury team in preparing materials and reports using standard methodologies and procedures.
Role will report to the Treasurer. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Cash Management: reconciling cash activity daily while keeping accurate records of support, initiating payments, managing online users and account signatories, managing incoming checks, assisting subsidiaries in creating ACH and wire templates.
- Foreign Cash Management: obtain and track balances for all foreign bank accounts, perform quarterly translation and reconciliation of foreign cash activity, summarize account activity for accounting and statutory purposes.
- Employee Credit Card Administration: manage expense reporting system, assist employees in proper reporting, support subsidiary administrators with program-related questions.
- Merchant Card Administration: manage merchant programs across the company, maintain PCI compliance for several merchant card programs at subsidiaries, and implement new programs when necessary.
- AP Automation Management:
Manage company-wide user access and permissions for AP systems, ensure timely processing, assist others in using tool, process payments for ESCO Corporate including ACH and wire enrollments, support onboarding and system enrollment for all subsidiaries - ESCO Foundation Tracking: monitor and record reports from payroll system to collect contribution data from subsidiaries, track employee contributions and ensure accurate employer match calculations, prepare and distribute monthly reporting to subsidiaries and Foundation leadership, process deposits related to Foundation activities and issue checks to recipients, manage and reconcile the Foundation Pay Pal account.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in treasury, finance or general accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of cash management procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet tools.
- Proficiency with accounting software (SAGE and Corcentric/Payment Hub experience a plus).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to support multiple subsidiaries with varying requirements.
Base Salary Range: $74,000 - $90,000 USD (Annually)
Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their level, qualifications, job related skills, as well as relevant education or training experience.
