Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking dynamic Warehouse Selectors to join our high-performance culture in Marysville, WA. Compensation is $22.00 per hour with weekly pay. All shifts and schedules are available.

• Select products throughout the warehouse using single or double electric pallet jacks, reach lifts, forklifts, and other equipment.
• Use VoCollect, RF scan guns, or read manual tickets.

• At least 6 months experience with ride-on electric pallet jacks.
• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Self‑motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
• Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks.
• Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs.
• Ability to provide accurate data entry and handle administrative tasks.
• Stand or sit for periods in office and warehouse environment (concrete flooring, changing temperatures).
• Walk throughout warehouse during shift.
