Overview

Rexel USA is one of the largest distributors of electrical products, data communication, and related supplies in the United States. Rexel USA operates its electrical distribution business through eight regions and markets under various banners, including Rexel, Rexel Automation, Gexpro, Mayer, and Platt Electric Supply. Rexel USA has a distribution network of over 460 warehouse storefront locations throughout the U.S.

• Inspect company vehicle for visual and operating defects and complete a daily inspection report.
• Keep company vehicle clean, serviced, and maintained; alert supervisor of repairs or service needed.
• Follow Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). local/state driving laws and regulations.
• Load or unload vehicle; verify material for each order (quantity, type) and ensure materials are free of damage before departure.
• May assist in preparing orders for delivery.
• Ensure all delivery documentation is completed at the time of delivery, including customer signature on the delivery receipt and packing list/branch manifest.
• Collect material returns from customers; inspect condition, verify quantities and catalog numbers.
• Pickup material from company suppliers.
• Senior Truck Driver will participate in training of entry-level drivers and provide mentorship and coaching.
• May support other warehouse duties such as preparing, filling, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping material.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• In lieu of experience, must attend company driver training.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual Motor Vehicle Record review.
• Must obtain a non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 60 days of hire.
• Must not have had a suspended driver’s license for a traffic accident/violation within the past 3 years.
• Must not have any at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.

• Ability to handle loads with a combined weight not to exceed 26,000 GVW.
• Ability to handle basic issues and problems.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and familiarity with traffic and driver laws.
• Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work overtime as needed.

For the state of Washington, the pay range is $18.00 to $24.00, depending on qualifications, experience, and other considerations permitted by law. Commission/Bonus Plan:
