• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player
• A sense of humor—because we believe in enjoying our work!
• 10+ years of experience in the building/remodeling industry
• Strong references (customers, businesses, and character)
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. (Required)
