Real Property Management has the perfect role for you as a Maintenance Technician. You will be responsible for providing a great resident experience by keeping the property looking great and working well. This includes pools, landscaping, exercise equipment, appliances, heating and cooling systems, overhead doors, lighting, and more.

Your Responsibilities
  • Property Maintenance – general maintenance, light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, groundskeeping, appliance installation/maintenance, trash/large object disposal, pool maintenance, etc.
  • Customer Service – maintain a professional appearance and interact with residents in a courteous, respectful manner.
  • Identify improvement opportunities – when completing work orders, suggest enhancements that benefit residents and property owners.
Success Traits

  • Enjoy maintenance and working with hands.
  • Good at troubleshooting.
  • Patient, willing to explain things in plain language.
  • Punctual and honest.
  • Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, or similar trades is a plus.
Qualifications
  • Experience in maintenance and/or a trade craft (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry, etc.).
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Digital literacy and ability to use a smartphone.
Benefits & Pay

Base pay: $20–$25 per hour plus a 10% incentive based on billable hours.

  • Sick pay per Washington State law.
  • Paid holidays.
  • 40 hours paid time off per calendar year, accruing 1.67 hours per pay period (after first day of full-time employment).
