Description:
Puro Clean of Marysville is seeking a skilled Water Restoration Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must hold a minimum IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification and have hands-on experience in water mitigation, structural drying, and restoration procedures.
As a WRT Technician, you will respond to water damage emergencies, perform mitigation services, and help restore affected properties to pre-loss condition. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional with strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and mold prevention services
Set up and monitor drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers
Document job details thoroughly using company software and technology
Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site
Communicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and team members
Follow safety guidelines and company protocols at all times
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency services
Requirements:
Minimum IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification
1+ year of experience in water mitigation or restoration preferred
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong communication and organizational skills
Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Must provide black protective toe work boots and black or dark-colored pants suitable for field conditions
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional certifications (ASD, AMRT, FSRT)
Experience with Dash, MICA, or similar restoration software
Knowledge of drying science and psychrometry
