Description:
Puro Clean of Marysville is seeking a skilled Water Restoration Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must hold a minimum IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification and have hands-on experience in water mitigation, structural drying, and restoration procedures.
As a WRT Technician, you will respond to water damage emergencies, perform mitigation services, and help restore affected properties to pre-loss condition. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional with strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and mold prevention services
- Set up and monitor drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers
- Document job details thoroughly using company software and technology
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site
- Communicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and team members
- Follow safety guidelines and company protocols at all times
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency services
- Minimum IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification
- 1+ year of experience in water mitigation or restoration preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Must provide black protective toe work boots and black or dark-colored pants suitable for field conditions
Preferred Qualifications :
- Additional certifications (ASD, AMRT, FSRT)
- Experience with Dash, MICA, or similar restoration software
- Knowledge of drying science and psychrometry
