Position Summary:

Seeking entry-level, full-time sales associates for our pawn store locations nationwide. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales and loans, and engaging with a variety of merchandise including jewelry, tools, electronics, and firearms (where applicable).

Compensation includes hourly wages plus commission based on productivity, with potential earnings up to 8% on transactions.

Responsibilities include:

• Engaging with customers to provide financial solutions.
• Performing open/close procedures, maintaining the sales floor, handling transactions, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work with firearms and obtain certification if necessary.
• Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and teamwork orientation.
• Basic math skills, cash handling experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy, ability to operate POS systems.
