Core Saw Operator focused on cutting blocks of honeycomb composite into sheets, preparing and loading materials, applying adhesive, operating a computerized saw, weighing and stacking sheets, and completing product documentation. Overtime and weekend work may be required. Training schedule may apply during initial period.

• Cut blocks of honeycomb composite into sheets using a computerized saw
• Load/Prep Core Block using a forklift to place blocks on the table (training provided)
• Apply adhesive material to the top of the block and flip to adhere to the table
• Operate the computerized saw to cut sheets to specified thickness
• Remove finished sheets, weigh, record specifications, and stack on the table
• Fill out and process product documentation
• Be willing to cross-train or transfer to other departments as needed
• Perform other tasks as needed with flexibility; overtime may be required

• 2+ years of relevant, steady work history preferred; manufacturing experience a plus
• Good basic math skills
• Ability to speak/read/write English proficiently
• Legible handwriting/printing; ability to balance multiple tasks
• Team-oriented, process-focused, with strong communication and quality mindset
• Desire to work independently or with a team to complete tasks timely
• Safran Cabin requires criminal background check and drug screen
