Description:
Entry level
- Accurately builds parts using resins and epoxies.
- Adheres to company specifications, work instructions, and work orders.
- Seals parts per manufacturing order or Static PWO as required per current revision.
- Properly maintains and identifies defects in parts and report any findings to supervisor or QA.
- Documents the materials used in the process to maintain traceability.
- Safely handles various regulated materials used in the process.
- Part marks according to engineering drawings, company and customer specifications.
- Works toward the end of the assembly line.
- Organizes completed parts and paperwork.
- Creates shipping paperwork, “Shipper”.
- Submits Shipper to indicate part is ready for shipping and invoicing.
- Moves Shipper and part to Shipping Department.
- Assists Shipping Department as necessary to prepare packing of part.
