Job Description

As a Disaster Restoration Technician, you will operate various equipment and tools to assist clients after property damage. Our mission is to support and guide clients through the restoration process until their property is restored to pre-loss condition. (Hours are not guaranteed.)

Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license (required)
  • Age 21 or older
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and wear PPE such as respirator masks
  • Lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
  • Reliable transportation
  • High School Diploma/GED preferred
Responsibilities
  • Explain job details and answer customer questions
  • Work in tight spaces like attics or crawl spaces
  • Perform water extraction, removal of damaged materials, debris hauling, and equipment setup
  • Conduct dry checks and monitor drying process
  • Handle smoke, odor, fire, and biohazard cleanup as needed
  • Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness
  • Drive company vehicles safely and legally
Additional Information

Experience with MICA or other applications is a plus. WRT/ASD certifications are preferred but not required.

Types of work include water and mold remediation, fire cleanup, odor removal, rodent/bat infestations, and biohazard cleanup.

  • Ability to work independently or with a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable
  • On-call rotation participation and response to after-hour calls
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Construction knowledge and tool handling experience
  • Attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
  • Proficiency with smartphones/tablets and business software
  • Flexible schedule and ability to train others
  • Maintain company vehicle

    Full-time and part-time positions available, with hourly pay ranging from $22 to $30 DOE.
