Join the Children’s Intensive Services (WISe) team at Compass Health in Marysville and make a difference in the lives of youth navigating complex behavioral health challenges.
Our Marysville office, conveniently located off the I-5 corridor and less than 25 minutes from Everett, serves tight-knit northern Snohomish County communities. This team is small, compassionate, and tenacious—committed to helping youth and families thrive in underserved areas.
WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) is a comprehensive, family-centered model that provides strength-based, community-based behavioral health services to Medicaid-eligible youth (up to age 21) in their homes, schools, and local communities.

As a Youth Support Partner
, you will:
- Use your lived experience as a young person with behavioral health needs to connect authentically with clients.
- Provide mentorship, advocacy, and peer support to youth participating in WISe services.
- Help youth find their voice, participate in care planning, and build lasting support networks.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
, in home, office, and community settings.
- High School Diploma or GED (AA or BA in related field preferred)
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Lived experience with mental health services as a youth
- Completion of Certified Peer Support Specialist prerequisite course and application before start; live certification within 90 days.
- Valid WA State Driver’s License
, insured vehicle - If not licensed, must submit an Agency Affiliated Counselor application upon hire
- Peer Counselor Certification or experience
- Background in mental health, social services, or healthcare
- Familiarity with child development, behavior management, and working with culturally diverse families
- Knowledge of local community resources
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
