Family Medicine - Marysville, WA

Job Summary: This Family Medicine position involves providing comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosing, treating, and managing both acute and chronic illnesses. The role emphasizes preventative care through routine check-ups, health-risk assessments, immunizations, and screening tests. Educating patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans is a key responsibility. The position requires collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care, while delivering culturally competent care that respects the community's values and practices.

Additionally, the role includes performing minor surgical procedures, wound care, and other medical interventions, maintaining accurate medical records, and participating in community health initiatives and outreach programs to promote wellness.

Responsibilities:

· Patient Care:
Provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic illnesses.

Participate in community health initiatives and outreach programs to promote wellness.

Compensation: $254,000 – $343,000 based on experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (8 hours of administrative time allotted per week.)

Setting: Primary care, all ages.

Patient Demographics: Tulalip Tribes and other Native American communities. The health center serves individuals across all age groups, from infants to the elderly.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Any state license –
* WA license will be needed within 6 months of permanent hire*.

· 3 years. OB/ prenatal experience preferred.

· Primary Care Clinic Covid Vaccine Required

Certifications:

· Current BLS

· Board Certified/Eligible

Support Staff: 1 Medical Director, 1 Family Medicine Physician and 3 APCs.
