Delivery Specialist

Compensation Pay Range
$10.70 - $16.70 per hour

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently.
• Use delivery fleet management hand‑held devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, update mileage, and complete daily vehicle inspections.
• Maintain clean vehicles and keep keys, fuel/fleet card, devices, and monies secure.
• Pick up customer returns and complete driver return slips.
• Communicate issues or special needs to store management.
• Report maintenance needs, accidents, or vehicle damage to the store manager immediately.
• Ensure fuel tank is filled and lock the vehicle at end of day.
• Clock in/out according to company policy.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, such as customer service, sweeping, stocking, merchandising, errands, core returns, stock order checks, cashier duties, and more.

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record meeting the company’s 14/18‑point standard.
• Legally required state driver’s license and company driving eligibility.

• Familiarity with automotive parts.
• Ability to operate other light store equipment.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
