Overview

Licensed Optician / Optical Sales Manager position (Job ) with US Vision. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, leading optical staff, and driving sales while maintaining professional client experiences across the store.

• Deliver excellence in customer service and customer satisfaction
• Drive sales and control expenses
• Be accountable for personal and store goals
• Execute effective operational and procedural processes
• Engage with patients and customers to fulfill prescriptive eyewear needs

• Licensed Optician as required by state
• Sales ability to connect with customers, uncover needs, recommend items, and educate on purchases (CURE selling model)
• Polished, professional communication and customer-centric service skills
• Experience with POS, computer and timekeeping systems, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work with and service diverse people
• Self-motivation, action-oriented, and creative problem solver open to feedback
• Reliability and punctuality to maintain store hours and coverage
• Flexibility for scheduling, including weekends and holidays and special sales events
• Ability to meet physical job demands and multitask in a busy environment
