Description
What You'll Do:
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and varied shifts
- Ensure all food and beverage products are consistently prepared and served according to hospital standards.
- Ensure all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition.
- Fully understand and comply with all federal, state and county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the kitchen.
- Proven experience as a food service worker or relevant role
- Great attention to detail and creativity
- High school diploma or equivalent, culinary certification and food safety certification preferred
- Physical strength and stamina to spend long hours standing and performing repetitive motions
- High School education or equivalent vocational training or work experience. A minimum of one (1) year of culinary / kitchen experience is required. Work history of a skilled cook under a chef is preferred. Serv Safe Certified.
Variable shifts with the latest shift ending at 8pm;
Weekend and holiday rotation required.
Hours
80 per pay (Every two weeks)
