We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Architect to lead enterprise data modeling, cloud data platform design, pipeline optimization, and data governance initiatives. This individual will translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing data architectures across warehouses, lakes, and real-time streaming platforms.

This role partners with executive stakeholders, data engineering teams, analytics teams, and business leaders to ensure the organization’s data strategy aligns with long‑term business and technology roadmaps.

• Translate high-level business requirements into enterprise data models, metadata, and data quality standards
• Lead architectural reviews, peer QA, and governance of project artifacts
• Define and manage data architecture standards, policies, and governance frameworks
• Partner with IT, business analysts, and analytics teams to design scalable data solutions
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies for data storage, management, and analytics
• Lead stakeholder engagement to drive alignment with long‑term strategic data roadmaps
• Establish governance frameworks for internal teams and vendors
• Ensure architectural consistency across projects and platforms

• Designing data protection and confidentiality solutions across storage, compute, and consumption layers
• Implementing table, column, and API-level security and masking
• Databases
• Data Warehouses
• Data Lakes & Lake houses
• Delivering scalable, orchestrated data pipelines with strong governance
• Supporting real‑time and batch data processing ecosystems
• Enabling enterprise BI, analytics, and reporting platforms

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
• 14+ years of enterprise data modeling and architecture experience (ERwin preferred)
• Proven leadership across data lakes, data warehouses, cloud data platforms
• Strong expertise with:
• Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks
• Kafka, Kinesis, Dataflow
• Deep experience with DB2, SQL Server, Postgre

• Advanced understanding of entity‑relationship modeling, metadata, and data governance
• Ability to design traditional relational and modern big‑data architectures
• Experience with Informatica, Power BI, Tableau
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical, architectural, and problem‑solving skills
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional enterprise teams
• Big 4 consulting experience preferred
• Stable large‑enterprise work history required

• Experience with enterprise data privacy & security frameworks
• Experience with cloud‑native API‑driven data access patterns
• Strong influence in enterprise architecture governance
• Experience supporting regulatory compliance initiatives
• Ability to guide large‑scale modernization programs
