Business Analyst IT L2

We are currently accepting resumes for a Business Analyst IT L2 position in Marysville, OH.

This position is onsite.

Salary range: $77-82k.

• 1-2 years of experience in IT, business analysis, or application support.
• Exposure to Service Now (coursework, certification, or hands on experience).
• Basic understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Request, Change, CMDB).
• Ability to work onsite in Marysville, Ohio, for the full duration of the project.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.

• Assist in gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements for Service Now modules and enhancements.
• Support configuration tasks within Service Now under the guidance of senior developers and architects.
• Help build and maintain basic workflows, forms, UI policies, and simple scripts.
• Participate in testing activities, including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
• Support data collection, data validation, and migration activities during regional rollouts.
• Provide onsite support to project teams and end users, including troubleshooting and issue triage.
• Assist with project documentation, training materials, and user guides.
• Ensure alignment with established Service Now standards, governance, and best practices.

Daily operational support and global rollout of Service Now platform.

• 1-2 years of experience in IT, business analysis, or application support.
• Exposure to Service Now (coursework, certification, or hands on experience).
• Basic understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Request, Change, CMDB).
• Familiarity with JavaScript or willingness to learn Service Now scripting fundamentals.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Marysville, Ohio, for the full duration of the project.

• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) or progress toward certification.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications or participating in system rollouts.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies or project delivery frameworks.
• Experience in manufacturing or automotive environments is a plus.
