A client of Sharp Decisions is looking for a Software Developer. This role is HYBRID in Marysville, OH- a multi-year contract with no end date, W2 only.
Daily Task Performed:
- Develop, configure, and customize Service Now modules to support global rollout activities.
- Build and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, integrations, and custom applications.
- Support the deployment of Service Now across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with global standards and local requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Position Success Criteria (Desired) – ‘WANTS’
- 3+ years of hands-on Service Now development experience.
- Experience with ITSM modules; additional experience with ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or Now Assist is a plus.
- Background supporting enterprise-scale Service Now implementations or multi-region deployments.
- Ability to work onsite in Marysville, Ohio, for the full duration of the project.
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications preferred (CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, etc.).
