Senior Business Systems Analyst II – American Honda Motor Company, Inc.

This role creates technical integration solutions that enable the design and manufacture of today’s advanced products.

• Design, implement, and maintain integration solutions using AWS services such as Lambda, Glue, Step Functions, and API Gateway.
• Develop and manage ETL processes, automate data loading, and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and business teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues to maintain system reliability.
• Maintain integration documentation, best practices, and stay current with the latest AWS services.
• Plan and schedule annual support tasks in the NASC systems domain.
• Coordinate with Global Honda IT, NA Business Units, and IT vendors on annual projects and application roadmaps.
• Provide vendor support coordination and collaborate with internal developers, business analysts, and scrum masters to deliver consistent results.

• Undergraduate (Associate or Bachelor’s) degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

• At least 2 years of demonstrable experience in IT solutions design and implementation.
• Proven experience as an AWS Integration Lead or similar role.
• Proficiency in AWS services:
  Lambda, Glue, Step Functions, API Gateway.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with AWS ETL and data loading processes.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Experience with test automation, system performance testing, and test strategy development.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and SDLC.
• Highly desirable: familiarity with manufacturing industry security protocols and integration standards.
• Effective change leadership and change management communication.
• Strong understanding of the Automotive Supply Chain Domain.

• Onsite job requiring at least 4 days per week in‑office; one remote workday per week may be possible with prior approval.
