We are looking for a Medical Assistant or LPN to join our collaborative-oriented team at Damascus Family Medicine! As a Medical Assistant in this role, a majority of your time will be spent in clinic assisting with patient care. This is a Monday-Friday Opportunity and would be scheduled to work between the hours of 7 am-5 pm.

We are looking for a Medical Assistant or LPN to join our collaborative-oriented team at Damascus Family Medicine! As a Medical Assistant in this role, a majority of your time will be spent in clinic assisting with patient care. This is a Monday-Friday Opportunity and would be scheduled to work between the hours of 7 am-5 pm.
What You'll Do

• As a Medical Assistant in this role, a majority of your time will be spent in clinic assisting with patient care.
• As an LPN, a majority of your time will be spent triaging and answering patient calls along with medication reconciliation and prior authorization.
• Assist with triaging patients
• Accompany patients to exam/procedure room; assisting patients as needed with walking, transfers, dressing, collecting specimens, preparing for exam, etc
• Collecting & Document patient history in Epic
• Assist physician with various procedures

• Completion of post-secondary program in Medical Assistant or experience as a physician office OR
• American Association of Medical Assistants certification (AAMA), Registered Medical Assistant certification (RMA), or National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) preferred.

• Monday-Friday Opportunity with hours between 7 am- 5 pm
