Title: Utility II

Department: Adhesives, Coating, or Converting

Reports to: Production Supervisor

Status: Non-Exempt Hourly

• Responsible for performing work assigned in our manufacturing area according to the scheduled production requirements.
• Must run production equipment in a safe, productive, efficient, and quality-conscious manner in order to achieve daily, weekly and monthly production goals.
• Must be self-motivated, cooperative, and have excellent attendance.
• Comply with all work rules while performing job assignments and utilize critical reasoning skills when solving problems that affect safety, quality, and productivity.

The following experiences represent the minimum amount of education, training and work experience required:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1-3 years prior manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work any shift, and capable of working weekends and overtime
• Preference is given to candidates with prior experience in paper, chemical or tape manufacturing that involved wide web handling and converting
