Client Support Providers also have the opportunity to earn up to $2,000 per year in bonus pay by meeting client care expectations.
The Role You’ll Play
As a Client Support Provider II, you’ll work directly with youth and adults who rely on you for support, encouragement, and guidance. You will help clients develop daily living skills, manage symptoms, stay engaged with their treatment goals, and connect with resources that make life more stable.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives on building relationships, empowering others, and being a steady, positive presence in the community.
What You’ll Do as a Client Support Provider II:
- Provide in-person support to clients in homes, schools, workplaces, shelters, and other community settings.
- Assist with skill-building activities, coping strategies, social skills, therapeutic outings, and daily living needs.
- Support the development and updating of person-centered goals and plans with clients and treatment teams.
- Connect clients and families with community resources, benefits, and supports while advocating for client rights.
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation and organize your schedule in the electronic health record.
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and provide crisis support or coordination when needed.

Requirements
Qualifications
:
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong oral and written communication skills using the English language.
- A valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance maintained in accordance with Pawnee policy and procedure.
- Basic personal computer skills which enable the entry, retrieval and use of electronic data.
- All employees will be required to submit to and pass a background check and drug screening in accordance with Pawnee policy.
- Experience with Microsoft Office software preferred.
- Some collegiate-level schooling in a human services field.
