Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to support a warehouse consolidation project. This role involves operating a sit-down forklift, moving materials, and assisting with reorganizing inventory as two warehouse inventories are combined. The position also includes general warehouse duties such as stocking, order preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials and inventory throughout the warehouse

• Transfer products from existing racks to newly installed rack systems

• Assist with relocating and organizing warehouse inventory during consolidation

• Pull and prepare orders for shipment

• Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials

• Use RF scanners to track inventory and update warehouse records

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

• Work alongside internal staff and contracted teams during inventory movement

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of recent sit-down forklift experience required

• Experience using RF scanners / RF guns

• Ability to read and understand work orders

• Background in warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
