Trainer

We are seeking four dedicated Trainers to join our warehouse apparel team. These positions are essential to the smooth operation and training of new and existing team members in our fast‑paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidates will be self‑driven, organized, and passionate about fostering a learning culture within the warehouse.

• Facilitate training sessions for new hires and current team members in warehouse apparel operations.
• Assist in creating, reviewing, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) specific to apparel warehouse functions.
• Ensure training goals and deadlines are met independently, with minimal supervision.
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to groups of employees.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, materials, and attendance.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to continually improve training materials and strategies.

• Previous experience in training, teaching, or learning environments, preferably in a warehouse or apparel setting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent public speaking and group presentation skills.
• Equipment experience in warehouse apparel settings is highly preferred but not required.
• OSHA Train the Trainer certification is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
• Experience with SOP/documentation writing and management is a plus.
