RL Express Inc., a trusted local Fed Ex Ground contractor operating out of Sparrows Point and Halethorpe, MD, is now hiring Full-Time and Weekend Delivery Drivers.

We're seeking reliable, safety-focused individuals with a strong work ethic and prior work-related driving experience to handle local residential and business deliveries. Drivers must be flexible to operate out of both terminals-Sparrows Point and Halethorpe-based on operational needs. No CDL is required.

We Are Looking For:

• Local Drivers, Route Drivers, and Delivery Drivers
• Prior experience with Fed Ex, UPS, Amazon, DHL, or similar delivery services
• Minimum one year of commercial delivery driving experience (required)

Requirements:

• At least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug test (including marijuana), with continued random testing throughout employment
• Ability to pass a DOT physical
• Ability to safely lift/carry up to 75 lbs., and up to 150 lbs. with a hand truck
• Ability to pass a Fed Ex Ground criminal background check
• Reliable transportation to and from work; punctual and ready to work each day
• Ability to work out of either the Sparrows Point or Halethorpe terminal, based on operational needs
• Ability to climb stairs and work in all types of weather
• Strong work ethic and a "get-it-done" attitude

Daily Duties Include (but Are Not Limited To):

• Operating the vehicle safely at all times
• Delivering and picking up packages at businesses and residences
• Completing routes that may include up to 150 stops per day
• Performing daily vehicle inspections, including fluid checks
• Loading and organizing the vehicle for daily deliveries
• Working independently and as part of a team
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining communication with management
• Accurately operating scanners and tracking deliveries
• Ensuring accurate package delivery and pickup documentation
• Completing routes efficiently and on time
