Greet and assist service customers in a friendly and professional manner. Drive the courtesy shuttle for service customers as needed. Manage vehicle flow in dealership lots, ensuring smooth traffic and organized parking and more.

• Greet and assist service customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Drive the courtesy shuttle for service customers as needed
• Manage vehicle flow in dealership lots, ensuring smooth traffic and organized parking
• Move and retrieve vehicles between service lanes, parking lots, and customer pick-up areas
• Maintain a clean and orderly lot, ensuring all vehicles are properly parked and accessible
• Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle logistics as needed
• Perform additional duties to support the service department

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, a professional appearance, and able to work on Saturday
• A positive attitude and good work ethic
• Position requires walking, bending, and standing
• Friendly, energetic, and self-motivated to succeed
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• Driver's license and insurance and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen
