This senior role fosters collaboration with other senior engineers for the development of advanced data analytics solutions and agile development projects in support of a high-visibility mission. This position involves providing technical leadership and guidance on data analytics and agile development projects, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive mission objectives.

This Program is seeking a software engineer to parse data products which make information available for Analytic missions. This Program has a robust process to ensure quality of products. The process includes DAT, UAT/SME Validation, Smoke Test, and System Level Test (SLT) prior to deploying products to production.
WHO YOU ARE
Experience as a Software Engineer with knowledge assisting in the design, development, testing, and debugging of software solutions, with a focus on Linux operating systems.
Strong Familiarity with programming languages such as Java.

Basic Qualifications:
An active Top Secret clearance with polygraph.
- 14 years programming experience on projects of similar size and scope
- Proven Java experience
- prior analytic experience
- prior experience with deploying products to a production environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $123,500 - $217,695. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
