Join MTi Systems as a Mid‑Level Software Engineer and contribute to advanced satellite networking solutions. This role demands a strong foundation in software development, networking protocols, and real‑time systems.

• Lead the full software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, unit testing, integration, installation, and ongoing maintenance.
• Design, develop, and support monitoring software for metric collection, persistence, analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Engineer low‑latency, high‑throughput systems to meet application demands.
• Conduct software acceptance and delivery activities for low‑risk procurements, ensuring corrective and preventive action plans are effective.
• Manage software configuration and best practices to deliver high‑quality solutions.

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in Python and C++ with experience in networking, SDN, and network architectures.
• Strong understanding of software practices, configuration management, and Agile/Scrum principles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within cross‑functional teams.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on software development experience.
