HVAC Service Technician

Holtzople Heating, Air Conditioning, and Electrical Services is a family‑owned company with over 20 years of outstanding service. We're expanding and looking for HVAC Service Technicians with a minimum of one year of experience who are eager to learn and grow with us. $30.00 to $45.00 an hour, based on experience, plus incentives based on performance

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and related equipment
• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements
• Educate customers on system operations and maintenance
• Maintain accurate records of services performed
• Adhere to all safety standards and company procedures

• 1+ years of HVAC experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostics
• Excellent problem‑solving and critical thinking skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication, soft skills, and customer service abilities
• Licenses and certifications are preferred, but not required
