Acts Retirement-Life Communities - - Responsibilities:
Demonstrate basic functions of construction including demolition, cabinetry, metal and wood framing, drywall, finish trim installation, window and door installation, siding installation;
Operates a variety of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment;
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents;
Ensure compliance with building codes and safety requirements (OSHA);
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule
