Residential HVAC Service Technician

. We’re looking for a skilled Residential Service Technician who takes pride in doing the job right the first time and delivering excellent customer service.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment
  , including:

Indoor Equipment: Furnace, Air Handler, Evaporator Coil, Blower Motor, Condensate Pan/Pump, Air Filter, Humidifier, Dehumidifier, UV Light/Air Purifier

Outdoor Equipment: Condensing Unit, Heat Pump Unit, Fan Motor & Blade, Refrigerant Lineset, Line Set Cover, Condenser Pad/Mount

• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections

• Document work and communicate findings clearly to customers

• Ensure work meets quality standards and safety requirements

• Maintain a clean, organized, professional service vehicle

• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold company values

• 3+ years residential HVAC experience

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Independent, detail-oriented,
  customer-service focused

• Clean driving record and valid license

• Able to lift 40+ lbs
  , climb ladders, work in attics/crawlspaces, and handle heavy equipment

• Safety-first mindset (OSHA knowledge a plus)

• OSHA 10 or 30 certification

• EPA Universal Certification

• Journeyman license (required)
