Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation of quality fencing solutions, providing exceptional service and craftsmanship that our customers deserve.
• Follow instructions and support the Foreman in all aspects of the job, ensuring safety, efficiency, and the highest standards of work.
• Learn and perform the essential functions of the Helper role, aiming for proficiency and autonomy in your tasks.
• Maintain a positive and proactive work ethic, contributing to a safe and orderly job site.
• A strong work ethic, ready to give a full day’s work for a full day’s pay, enjoying the physical aspects of the job.
• Excellent teamwork abilities, willing to support and work well with the entire installation crew.
• An independent and proactive learner, constantly seeking ways to improve skills and contribute more effectively.
• Respect for rules, procedures, and people, following leadership and treating everyone with kindness and consideration.
