• Learn to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations for residential and light‑commercial HVAC systems.
• Work with air conditioners, furnaces, packaged units, ductwork, thermostats, zoning systems, filters, and wiring.
• Safely use tools, gauges, and equipment necessary to complete tasks.
• Keep company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked with tools/parts.
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent Boothe’s professionally.
• Follow safety protocols and all local/national codes.
• Grow your skills every day through shadowing, training, and hands‑on experience.

• Apprentice license required (must have by start date).
• Certification EPA Certification preferred (we can help you get it).
• Mindset: willingness to learn, mechanical aptitude, strong work ethic.
• Physical ability: able to climb ladders, crawl in tight spaces, and work in attics, crawl spaces, or rooftops.
• Soft skills:
  
  positive attitude, customer service focus, attention to detail.
• Requirements: valid driver’s license, clean driving record, background check, and drug screen.
