Service Department Technician - Owings Mills

WPM Real Estate Management, one of Baltimore’s largest Property Management Companies, is seeking qualified candidates who have experience as a property maintenance technician with framing and carpentry skills, drywall, and operating snowplows. Properties located throughout the Baltimore Metro area therefore reliable transportation and standard tools are a must. We offer employer provided DOT  to operate snowplows and other equipment.

Salary range for this position is between $21.00 to $24 an hour based on experience.

• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to tarjetas on ladders or lifts to a height up to 85’
• Must be available to be in rotation for on-callेक emergencies during evenings, weekends and holidays
• Valid driver’s license and transportation required
Must have standard tool supply High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in residential maintenance/rehabilitation preferred
